Our Solution

To meet these requirements, Mingbang Generator supplied one 400KW / 500KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set powered by the YUCHAI YC6T660-D31 diesel engine and equipped with a Leroy-Somer TAL-A473-C brushless alternator.

The generator delivers 400KW (500KVA) rated power at 50Hz with a 400/230V three-phase, four-wire output, making it ideal for industrial manufacturing applications. Its AVR automatic voltage regulation (±1%) ensures stable power for precision production equipment, while the 720A maximum output current provides sufficient capacity for heavy electrical loads.

The liquid-cooled 16.35L six-cylinder engine operates at 1500 RPM with a fuel consumption of ≤195 g/kWh, helping reduce operating costs without compromising performance. Additional features, including electronic speed control, 24V electric start, Class H insulation, IP22 protection, and a silent enclosure, provide reliable performance and simplified maintenance in demanding industrial environments.
