After evaluating the customer’s power demand and operating environment, MBKL POWER supplied one unit of a 200KW / 250KVA silent diesel generator set powered by a Ricardo (Likaduo) diesel engine.

The generator features a 6-cylinder in-line, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine operating at 1500RPM, providing reliable continuous power for medium and large-scale agricultural operations. The unit delivers stable three-phase 400V/230V output at 60Hz with a maximum current of 360A.

To ensure stable electricity for sensitive farm equipment, the generator is equipped with an AVR automatic voltage regulation system with ±1% voltage regulation accuracy. The brushless alternator design improves durability while reducing maintenance requirements.

One of the customer’s key concerns was fuel efficiency due to rising diesel costs in the local market. The generator’s fuel consumption rate of ≤215g/kWh helped reduce long-term operating expenses while maintaining strong performance during extended operation periods.

The silent-type canopy also minimized operational noise, creating a more suitable environment for livestock farming applications.
