Painting Process

Rust removal in pickling tank (10 minutes) → unoil (30 mins) → rinsing (3 mins) → wathsetting (10 mins) → rinsing (5 mins) → parkerising (20 mins) → rinsing → blow dry → stoving → pylons → spray paint (static flame paint) → oven (170°C/20 mins) → draw a charge → inserting coil.
